Culiacán Project Reaches Thousands of Natives With The Gospel!

We always pray for God to bring the "right people" to the Culiacán Project, because it's not just a little trip for just anyone.  Our friends there even pray for God to make it hard for workers to come, so that the best ones will be those  who actually arrive, spiritually prepared, and with a cooperative and serving attitude.

This is a month long very effective evangelism work, among Indigenous workers from southern Mexico.  They live temporarily in labor camps along the west coast of Sinaloa. We need your prayers and support, and if God places a burden for these people on your heart, we welcome your help!

"PROYECTO CULIACÁN 2009" IS COMING UP IN FEBRUARY - COULD YOU TAKE PART THIS YEAR?  WE ARE PREPARING ~NOW~

At sundown, many people gather around to watch Gospel message films. The "Jesus" film and many others give testimony of God's love and power to change lives.

'Hosea' from Chiapas asked for prayer to break his 6 year herion habit. I know GOD can help him!

We can now use MP4 players to determine which of 110 Native languages are being spoken. Also we offer the Gospel message recordings on CDs or Cassette.

It's always a blessing to hear from Native volunteers like Tio José, who has come to the Project for 17 years! Each year there are more Indigenous Christian workers coming to help.

'La Comisión Indígena' has begun teaching and mobilizing Mexican Native youth in Missions outreach teams, the same as 'Native Commission'. Noe has already gone to Canada and the Philippines with us in April-May 2008

Little kids are so hungry for affection and understanding. Our workers are always ready to give them a hug!

This is one of many Teams that travel out and work together in the Labor Camps each night. I was deeply blessed to help and be part of such a group!

Over the month's time, familes and individuals recieved a free Gospel Message tape, and we recorded names of many who came to let us know they had personally accepted Christ. Please remember them in prayer as they return home to southerm Mexico throughout this Spring.

These kids feet may someday take the Gospel to their people in the mountains. Pray for them to walk their trails with Jesus.

Usually within just minutes of arriving, young kids begin to come around and check us out. This is also a great time to share Christ informally with them through songs, dramas, and activities just for them. 5 of these boys accepted Jesus that night, because someone cared enough to pay attention to them!
