The Servant Leaders
PASTOR DARRELL WILLIAMS 1 Corinthians 9:19-22 Darrell Williams was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, but for 15 years, he grew up in Compton, California. Pastor Williams was licensed by Sharon Baptist Church under the supervision of Dr. Alfred C.D. Vaughn and ordained by First Christian Community Church under the leadership of Pastor Karen V. Johnson. He has been involved in Urban Youth Ministry for over 19 years and previously served as a Youth Director in Virginia, Assistant Youth Director in Korea, and Youth Minister at Fort Meade, Maryland, the Army's second largest congregation. He has facilitated workshops for the Virginia Baptist General Convention Youth Retreat, the Evangel Cathedral Boot Camp Youth Conference, the Christ Apostolic Church National Youth Conference, and the Urban Youth Worker Institute Reload and National Conference.
He is currently the Director of Christian Education and Youth Development as an Associate Pastor at First Christian Community Church in Annapolis, Maryland. He has received a Grammy-for-Christ Award from the community, the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, the American Legion, and Lacey B. Ivory Community Service Award for his dedicated work with youth. He is a coordinator for the Alliance Youth Network, the National Network of Urban Youth Workers, and the National Network of Youth Ministries, which is dedicated to reaching teenagers influenced by today's culture.
His mission is to help young people experience spiritual growth, give them alternatives to what the world offers, and make them young disciples for Christ. He attended National Louis University and used his Management experience to create Alliance Seminars, an organization designed help students "Unlock the Doors that Lead to a Better Life." He is also a certified professional trainer and a contributing writer for Interlinc, a music based bible study for youth.
Pastor Williams is married to the former Veronica Erika Morrow of Compton, California and they have three children, Joshua and twins, Janiah and Josiah. They have been enjoying their "holy hook-up" for over 10 years. He and his wife Veronica form a dynamic, anointed team and currently reside in Glen Burnie, Maryland. MINISTER RICKY JOHNSON IV

Minister Richard Johnson IV is the son of the late Apostle Richard Johnson III and Karen V. Johnson, the founders of the First Christian Community Church of Annapolis. Richard was consecrated as a Minister of the Gospel at the First Christian, in October 2007. Minister Johnson is a native of Bowie, Maryland and is a product of the Anne Arundel County School system. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in History. Additionally, he attended graduate school at the Howard University School of Divinity where he received his Master of Divinity degree in 2007.
Richard has a deep passion for his church and is involved in numerous ministries. He is the founder and director of the Rebirth Drama Ministry; a theatrical group designed to perform plays that evangelize and edifies the Body of Christ. Richard has a deep love for education. Not only is he the Assistant Director of Christian Education and Youth Development at First Christian, he is also the Director of Advancing the Kingdom Institute. This program was created for church leadership and to help move people from church membership to Christ discipleship. Last but not least, Richard is the web master for First Christian’s website. In his securlar profession, Richard works for ADEK Productions in Annapolis, Maryland, where he is a videographer and web designer. Additionally, he owns his own business, Number 4 Productions, which also offers multimedia-based services. Richard Johnson is a young man full of ambition and determination.
